3. ćwierć XX wieku
Museum of the history of Polish Jews
Part of the collection: Letters and greeting cards sent by Salomon Kaczerginski
Abraham Wasserman writes in his letter about the necessity to enter a new language (Hebrew) and to read in Hebrew, and at the same time he asks to send him some books in Polish (e.g. History of Philosophy by Tatarkiewicz). He regrets that as a result of emigration, which made it necessary to learn new languages, he does not have a chance to work on his Polish: Such is the fate. The language that is closest to me, and in which I think, is not cultivated.
