You will find here an overview of the rules and conditions for using the website www.inmuseums.pl, which is owned by the Museum of King Jan III's Palace at Wilanów.

- Service Recipient – any natural person who accesses the Service and uses the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on this website.
1. The Terms of Use define the rules of operation and use of the Service and specify the rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
2. The subject of the Service Provider's services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, or internet applications and electronic forms.
3. Any potential content, articles, and information containing guidelines or advice published in the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.
4. The Service Recipient assumes full responsibility for the way they use the materials provided within the Service, including using them in accordance with applicable laws.
5. The Service Provider does not provide any warranty regarding the suitability of the materials posted on the Service.
6. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. Service Recipients using the Service bear all risks associated with using the Service, including the use and utilization of the information posted on the Service.
1. The use of the Service by each Service Recipient is free of charge and voluntary.
2. Service Recipients are required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents that constitute an integral part of it, and must fully accept its provisions in order to continue using the Service.
3. Service Recipients are not allowed to use any personal data obtained from the Service for marketing purposes.
4. Technical requirements for using the Service:
  
  a. A device with a display capable of displaying web pages.
  b. Internet connection.
  c. Any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports HTML5 websites.
  d. Enabled JavaScript support.
  e. Enabled cookie support.
5. To ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipients, and other Service Users, all Service Recipients should adhere to generally accepted network security principles.
6. The following actions performed personally by Service Recipients or using software are prohibited:
  
  a. Decompiling and analyzing source code without written permission.
  b. Overloading the Service server without written permission.
  c. Attempting to discover vulnerabilities in the Service's security and server configuration without written permission.
  d. Uploading or injecting code, scripts, or software into the server and database without written permission that may harm the Service's software, other Service Recipients, or the Service Provider.
  e. Uploading or injecting code, scripts, or software into the server and database without written permission that may track or steal data from Service Recipients or the Service Provider.
  f. Taking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the Service from achieving its intended purpose.
7. In the event of the detection or potential occurrence of a cybersecurity incident or a violation of the GDPR, Service Recipients should first report this to the Service Provider to promptly resolve the problem/threat and protect the interests of all Service Recipients.
1. Service Recipients can use the Service without the need for registration.
2. Service Recipients must be registered and have an account in the Service to access additional services provided in the Service, available only to logged-in Service Recipients.
3. Registration in the Service is voluntary.
4. Registration in the Service is free of charge.
5. Each Service Recipient can have only one account in the Service.
6. The technical requirements related to account registration include having an individual email account.
7. Service Recipients registering in the Service give their consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent to which they were entered into the Service during the registration process, as well as their subsequent changes or deletion.
8. The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete Service Recipients' accounts at its own discretion, thereby preventing or restricting access to specific or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Service, especially if the Service Recipient violates the Regulations, applicable laws, social norms, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Recipients, the legitimate interests of the Service Provider, and third-party entities collaborating or not with the Service Provider.
9. All services of the Service may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or removed, as well as temporarily suspended or access to them may be restricted, at the Service Provider's discretion, without the possibility of objection by Service Recipients.
10. Additional security rules regarding account usage:
  
  a. Registered Service Recipients are prohibited from sharing their login and password for their account with third parties.
  b. The Service Provider has no right and will never request the password for a chosen account from Service Recipients.
11. Account deletion:
  
  a. Every Service Recipient who has an account in the Service has the option to delete the account independently.
  b. Service Recipients can do this by logging into the user panel in the Service, in the Settings tab.
  c. Deleting an account results in the removal of all identifying data of the Service Recipient.
1. Service Recipients can use the Service without the need to subscribe to the newsletter.
2. Subscribing to the newsletter service is voluntary.
3. Subscribing to the newsletter service is free of charge.
4. Technical requirements for the newsletter service include having an individual email account.
5. Terms of providing the newsletter service:
  
  a. Providing an individual email account in the electronic form.
  b. Verifying the provided email account by activating the link sent to it.
  c. Giving consent to receive email notifications.
6. Scope of the newsletter service:
  
  a. Notifying about new objects, collections, and educational paths in the Service.
  b. Notifying about new museums that have joined the project as partners.
7. Unsubscribing from the newsletter service:
  
  a. Every Service Recipient subscribed to the newsletter service has the option to unsubscribe independently.
  b. Service Recipients can do this by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
  c. Unsubscribing from the newsletter service results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider's database.
1. In order to provide services correctly, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the Service Recipient in cookies files.
2. The scope, purposes, methods, and rules of data processing are available in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Regulations.
3. Automatically collected data:
  For the smooth operation of the Service and for statistics, we automatically collect certain data about the Service Recipient. These data include:
  
  a. IP address
  b. Browser type
  c. Screen resolution
  d. Approximate location
  e. Accessed subpages of the Service
  f. Time spent on a particular subpage of the Service
  g. Operating system type
  h. Referring URL
  i. Previous page address
  j. Browser language
  k. Internet connection speed
  l. Internet service provider
  m. Anonymous demographic data based on Google Analytics data
4. Data collected during registration:

  b. For logged-in Service Recipients (those who have an account in the Service), the cookies stored on the Service Recipient's device may contain a Service Recipient identifier associated with their account.

1. All provisions of the Terms of Use can be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time without stating reasons.
2. Information about the changes to the Terms of Use will be sent electronically to the Service Recipients registered in the Service.
3. In the event of a change to the Terms of Use, its provisions come into effect immediately after its publication for Service Recipients who do not have an account in the Service.
4. In the event of a change to the Terms of Use, its provisions come into effect with a 7-day transitional period for Service Recipients who have accounts in the Service registered before the change to the Terms of Use.
5. It is considered that each Service Recipient who continues to use the Service after the change to the Terms of Use accepts it in its entirety.
1. The Service Provider is not liable in any way, except as permitted by applicable law, for the content transmitted and published in the Service by Service Recipients, including their accuracy, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
2. The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service is continuously available. However, the Service Provider shall not be liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Recipients, third parties, or external automated programs.
3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Service within a timeframe chosen by the Service Provider, without prior notification to Service Recipients using the Service.
4. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Service in whole or in part for the purpose of improvement, adding services, or performing maintenance, without prior notice to Service Recipients.
5. The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Service Recipients.
6. The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent or the possibility of objections by Service Recipients.
