Helena Maria Sierakowska, née Lubomirska, was born on 25 August 1886 in Przeworsk, and died on 26 October 1939 in Rypin (now kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodeship). She was the eldest daughter of Andrzej Lubomirski, the last Ordynat of Przeworsk.
